I have included a few photos showing some of the steps in the carving of the American Crow from 2008.  Obviously, there are many steps not shown but this gives a rough idea of how a carving starts and the major steps it goes through.  Not shown are the planning steps, layout, detailing and painting.  I hope to show this on another carving soon.
